Energy Work
White Light Reiki and Karuna Reiki© are the heart of my energy practice. Reiki takes into account the whole person and helps activate each person’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being. It clears energetic blocks that may be causing physical pain or emotional intensities. Reiki invites your mind, body, and spirit to access the energy it needs to heal, feel balanced, be healthy and thrive. Reiki can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. I combine Reiki, intuitive guidance, KNOWING Method (an integrative holistic healing model) and offer recommendations for continued self-care. My focus is to support your healing and wellness journey as you activate your own
self-healing powers.

Nervous System Love & Care
As a Neuro-Somatic Intelligence (NSI) practitioner I support you to understand and care for your nervous system.I teach people to communicate with their nervous system through a trauma informed practice that works with each person’s unique nervous system. NSI supports identifying and changing our responses to triggers, rewires limiting beliefs, supports digestion, interrupts pain, supports better sleep and so much more. Together we build a tool kit of practices that support the nervous system. It helps us to understand what our body needs to be our healthiest strongest self, allows us to be in choice and offers us
ways to make lasting changes.

Five Elements Practice
The Five Elements is an East Asian approach to finding balance and harmony that supports personal well-being, professional growth and organizational health.
It invites both individuals and organizations to find balance through a deeper understanding of the five elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Earth and Metal. This framework provides a means for us to identify underlying patterns and threads that weave us together in ways that we can help ourselves and others.
This is a practice and a way of being to help restore and live into harmony, balance and health.
Five Element sessions for individuals include a

Reiki Classes
I love teaching Reiki – it makes my heart sing! My hope is that together we will accelerate collective thriving through energy work.
As a White Light Reiki and Karuna Reiki© Teacher I teach all levels. In my Reiki lineage there are 4 White Light Reiki classess that include: Level 1, 2, Expert Level 3 and Master/Teaching Level. In addition, in this lineage, it is required for you to become a Karuna Reiki® Master (3 additional levels) prior to becoming a White Light Reiki Master/Teacher. Check out the specific class offerings for details about each level.
I love working with groups of folks who want to practice together and invite you to organize a Reiki Pod of 4-8 friends/family/community members who want to be in practice together. Classes offer hands on practice and require being in person together to achieve the attunement.

White Light Reiki Classes
WHITE LIGHT REIKI LEVEL 1
I love teaching this class because it is an opportunity to help reconnect you to your own healing powers. In this Reiki Level 1 Class you will learn about Reiki energy, the human energy system (chakras, meridians and aura), and the basic procedures and hand positions used to give a Reiki treatment. This first level attunement safely “turns the light switch on,” priming your energy system and consciousness to begin channeling high vibrational light or Universal Life Force energy. This energy is at the level of a 60-watt bulb. Reiki Level I energy primarily affects the physical level. At this level, you can practice on oneself, close friends and family members.

WHITE LIGHT REIKI LEVEL 2
In this Reiki Level 2 Class you will be introduced to several sacred symbols and empowered to practice “distant healing” which allows you to channel Reiki to friends, family, plants and pets no matter where they are. The higher frequency of Reiki Level 2 energy affects the physical, as well as the emotional and mental levels. It also increases your intuitive awareness. The second level Reiki attunement expands your channel towards the level akin to a 1,000-watt bulb. The attunement can bring about deep healing and consciousness raising towards your life purpose. You will also learn energy diagnostic techniques and how to use a pendulum to assess chakras.
Prerequisite: any Reiki Level 1 Class

WHITE LIGHT REIKI LEVEL 3 (EXPERT)
Third level, or Expert Level Reiki can be compared to the power of a high-intensity searchlight. The attunement brings about an expanded spiritual awareness. Additional sacred symbols are introduced. Its higher frequency allows you to work on the spiritual level, while increasing the ability to affect the physical, emotional, and mental levels. Students learn how to scan a person’s energy system and how to beam Reiki. This level was designed for students who want the power and techniques used by Reiki Masters, but don’t want to teach. This is regarded as the level to open your own practice.
Prerequisite: any Reiki Level 1 and 2 Class

Karuna Reiki® Classes Level 1 & 2
Karuna Reiki® is the next level after White Light Reiki 3 Expert Level. Karuna Reiki® was founded by teachers at The International Center for Reiki Training and is only taught by registered practitioners. Because the energies are stronger and have the potential for greater healing, it is only taught to people who have been attuned to and practicing at White Light Expert Level or Reiki Master level. Developed by the International Center for Reiki Training, the Karuna Reiki® Practitioner-level attunements are required in this lineage prior to the White Light Reiki Master Level attunement, to ensure students are fully empowered with this compassionate high vibrational energy. You will learn additional symbols to support the transformation of the shadow self (your unconscious, repressed ideas, impulses, weaknesses, desires, and embarrassing fears) allowing you to channel even more light. Those who take these classes will become registered practitioners with the International Center for Reiki Training. Karuna Reiki® 1 and 2 are practitioner levels. (Level l and 2 are taught together)
